Cheapest way to brew specialty coffee at home

Cheapest way possible

• Get beans from anywhere on my Best Coffee in Albany list
• Have the coffee ground in store for pour over
• Use this pour over cone (Plastic V60 02, plastic is better for heat retention)
• Use these filters (white V60 02 filters, untabbed)
• Use any gram scale and a timer on your phone, or a combo unit like this
• Use whatever kettle you have
• Use this method for brewing

Next steps

• Use this grinder (Baratza Encore) or this fancier, better one (Fellow Ode 2) and grind each dose before brewing
• Use this kettle (Bonavia Variable Temp Gooseneck) and brew at 210°F
