Troy Kitchen’s Grand Opening

Troy Kitchen has set their official ‘open for real’ date, and it’s this Friday, March 18 at 5pm.

Troy Kitchen is located at 77 Congress, in what was the Pioneer Food Co-Op and has more recently been a vacant building. Vendors at the Troy Kitchen offer Korean BBQ, lobster rolls, Mexican cuisine, cupcakes, and a home goods pop-up.

The planned hours of operation: 11 am-11 pm Monday-Thursday / 11 am-2 am Friday and Saturday / noon-4 pm Sunday.

Their normal hours are Monday-Thursday 11am-2am; Friday and Saturday 11am-2am, and Sunday 12-4pm. For more info, follow Troy Kitchen on Facebook
