EMPAC Spring Schedule

EMPAC has posted their schedule for this coming semester. As usual, their programing is incredible and and I urge everyone to check the schedule and go to anything that may even remotely interest you.

The first concert of the semester is tomorrow, and sounds awesome:

The first of these performances will happen in EMPAC’s intimate Studio 2 on January 28 with solo clarinetist Rane Moore and solo cellist Okkyung Lee. Dislocating their instruments from their traditional orchestral context, each performer will present an evening of contrasting solo performances meant to expand the sonic range of their respective instruments.
