Troy is getting a $75M building with apartments, grocery store, indoor sports fields

The ABR revealed the plans for an insane building to be built in Troy, at the base of the hill about a block from EMPAC. Called ‘CityStation North’, the building will have indoor sports fields, a (~50,000 square foot) grocery store, apartments, office space and parking garage.

What an awesome feature this will be for Troy. Indoor sports fields right in the heart of downtown? I’m jealous.
