Friday, March 29th
Troy Night Out: Art and all sorts of fun stuff going on in Troy. It’s the end of a the month, and closer than ever to spring, and it’s the nicest day in the forecast. Get to Troy and walk around see some stuff, and have some drinks. Also, perfect opportunity to test out the TNO app. Check out Abraham Ferraro’s exhibit This Way at the Fulton Street Gallery, the Louisiana Sampler at Collar Works, and of course, the TNO after-party at Daisy Baker’s.
Space Disco at Elda’s: Free, and good dancing music that you haven’t heard on the radio for the past three months.
Peter Veans Quintet at EMPAC: Experimental jazz performance in the areas best venue.
SYFWB at the Armory: Congrats on the court decision.
Ross Bennett w/ Chris Coccia at the Comedy Works: Comedy is one of the best ways to start your weekend and one of my favorite events to attend. Do it.
Saturday, March 30th
EOM 6 with Moses Rockwell, Hassan Mackey, Sev Statik: It’s the end of the month, so of course Trumastr has you covered with the good music.
The Slaughterhouse Chorus, Warm Soda, The End Men, Party Boat and the Jack Russell Terrorists at Valentines: Americana and the like at Albany’s favorite live music venue.
Ross Bennett w/ Chris Coccia at the Comedy Works: Comedy is one my favorite events to attend. It should be yours too.
Youth Organics’ Secret Cafe at the Free School: Fundraiser for the spring and summer youth-powered urban agriculture program. Sliding scale payment and it includes drinks!
