Capital City Gastropub getting renovations under new owners

Starting on August 5th, the Gastropub will be closed until sometime in September for renovations.

From their statement:

We are excited to share some news about the Capital City Gastropub with you. As new owners, we have decided to temporarily close the doors of the restaurant for a few weeks to prepare for a grand re-opening in September. This decision is motivated by our desire to have the interior of the Capital City Gastropub match the high quality of ingredients, food and beer that our customers have come to expect. This remodel will reflect the style and concept that we have envisioned for the Gastropub and we are so excited to see it come to life.

This is exceptional news and they definitely hit the nail on the head with the reason for the renovations. As it stands, the restaurant is laid out strangely and doesn’t come close to representing the high-quality level of their food. Can’t wait to visit the new space.
