Savannah’s to close on Monday 8/26

Earlier today, The Dublin Underground announced their last day will be Monday, August 26th. Unlike the fiasco with Jillian’s this is happening due to a dispute with the landlord, and nothing to do with business being slow in the area.

An extremely unfortunate side effect of this is the vodka bar that was getting ready to open next door, and has had extensive work done to the space, will not be opening. Walking by, you can see the amount of work that’s going to be lost which is really unfortunate as that spot was shaping up to be something great. Sad to see another business go and even worse to see one not even open.

On Monday night as a proper send off, there will be a burlesque show. See you there.
