Music Monday: Middle Finger Edition
First things first in this week’s Music Monday, check out the DAMN GURL Promo Homo Mix Series in its first volume featuring WERQ.
DAMN GURL, a monthly based out of Denver, put out this promo mix recently and the track listing is pretty huge, jumping from vogue house sounds to straight up Jersey club. WERQ also features in the mix tracks from past OUTPOST1 headliners MikeQ and Myrryrs, as well as a tune from DJ Sliink, who will be joining us at the Fuze Box Feb 17. Cop the free download for your Monday afternoon office soundtrack and let its HA’s carry you into your week.
Yep, M.I.A., we don’t care either.
Next up, Tony Goods, who has been featured at our NYC brethren’s party on the sly at the Gallery at (le) Poisson Rouge, has a new EP, “Friends” coming out on Sounds of Sumo this month. Peep the teaser below and look out for it February 20th.
Also on our radar this week is UMBA’s “Not Too Young” EP, which came out officially today on B.YRSLF division. You can listen to the album in full on the bandcamp page and doing so comes recommended.
Anything else you’re listening to, leave as a comment.
