South Glens Falls, Gansevoort men each charged with DWI in same Wilton accident
WILTON — Two men were each charged with driving while intoxicated as a result of an early morning weekend crash near the Northway's exit 16, according to state police.
Joshua A. Livingson, 25, of South Glens Falls, and Eric A. Acker, 24, of Gansevoort, were charged with misdemeanor DWI.
The incident occurred about 3:45 a.m.Saturday at the exit 16 northbound ramp of the Northway, according to state police's public information website. At least one person was hurt, although the website didn't identify the injured..
Acker and Livingston were released pending upcoming appearance dates in Wilton Town Court.
