Ramp Fest 2015

The fifth annual Ramp Fest is coming back to Basilica Hudson 12-4pm on Saturday May 2. Ramps, also known as the spring onion are an early spring vegetable native to our area.

There will be chefs from the Hudson Valley and NYC creating dishes that focus on the ramp. There will also be other food, music and live music.

Tickets are currently on sale, and if you can’t make it, be sure to look out for ramps on your favorite restaurants Spring menu.
