Ramp Fest this Saturday in Hudson

On May 3, Hudson will be hosting their yearly spring-time festival, Ramp Fest. Ramps are one of the more out-there themes for a festival, but it is definitely one I can get behind. There’s live entertainment, drinks, food and many other things going on for the festival. But at the heart of Ramp Fest are many chefs from the Hudson Valley and NYC who are all creating original dishes featuring ramps. Also, if you haven’t been to Hudson in a while (or ever) this is the perfect excuse to check it all out.

Ramps, if you somehow don’t know are an early spring vegetable that smells like garlic and tastes like onion.
